1. Go to the physician partner page at https://tmh.refersion.com/

2. Fill out your information on the form

 

3. Wait for approval 

You will receive an approval email within 48 hours

Once approved you will be able to login 

 

4. Enter your PayPal email for payment

 

5. Refer to portal to get your custom link to share with customers

 

6. Use your link, and monitor sales on your dashboard.
