OVERVIEW
Immune Shield ExactPaxTM is designed to support optimal immune function through complementary and synergistic pathways. This customized packet contains Defend Pro, Enhance and Gl Prime. Defend Pro lays the antioxidant foundation by modulating immune cell activity and antimicrobial responses.1-4 Enhance supports mitochondrial function to fuel immune cells and facilitate autophagy-mediated recycling of cellular components.5-7 GI Prime reinforces intestinal defenses by nurturing the microbiome, promoting barrier integrity. and balancing mucosal immunity.8-11 This multi-pronged approach fortifies the bodys resistance and immune system resilience at the cellular, mitochondrial, and gut levels.

CONTENTS
Defend Pro
Defend Pro combines vitamins A, D, K, and E with the clinically-studied bioavailability enhancer AstraGin®. Vitamin A supports the function of neutrophils, macrophages, and natural killer cells1. Vitamin D modulates antimicrobial proteins and cytokine production2. Vitamin K2 regulates inflammatory processes and immune cell survival3. Vitamin E fortifies antioxidant defenses against oxidative stress.4 Absorption and bioavailability is enhanced for all of these nutrients via AstraGin®, which also provides prebiotic support for gut health.5- Supports immune function
- Supports effective calcium deposition
- Supports cardiometabolic function
- Supports optimal hormone metabolism
Gl Prime
GI Prime combines postbiotic IMMUSE™, the immune-balancing nutrient Epicor®, butyrate-producing Butyragen™, and targeted spore probiotics. IMMUSE™ supports mucosal immunity by promoting tight junction integrity and balanced cytokine secretion9. EpiCor® modulates immune responses by stimulating anti-inflammatory cytokine production10. Butyrate™ serves as the primary energy source for colonocytes and aids microbial cross-feeding11. The hardy spores help maintain microbiome diversity and pathogen resistance12.- Support for digestive dysregulation
- Assistance with gut dysbiosis
- Acute & ongoing immune system support
- Gut permeability protocols
Enhance
Enhance works on a different part of the immune system, which is commonly overlooked: the mitochondria. Enhance targets mitochondrial function and immune resilience with the novel nutrient Spermidine, Arginine Alpha-Ketoglutarate (AAKG), Trimethylglycine (TMG), Bergamot Orange Extract, Epigallocatechin Gallate (EGCG), and Taxifolin. Mitochondria are essential for meeting the energy demands of immune cells during an immune response, providing the ATP required for functions like cellular migration, cytokine production, and proliferation. Additionally, mitochondria play a key role in microbe specific immunity through their involvement in interferon and inflammasome signaling pathways. The taxifolin, EGCG and bergamot extract provide key antioxidant support. Spermidine activates autophagy to remove damaged mitochondria and misfolded proteins, recycling cellular components6. TMG optimizes methylation for cellular energy production via proper mitochondrial metabolism7. AKG is a key intermediate in the Krebs cycle, fueling mitochondria to meet the energy demands of immune cells8.- Supports stamina and endurance
- Promotion of Nft2 antioxidant pathways
- Promotes longevity through cellular renewal and autophagy
- Maintains healthy lipid and blood sugar metabolism
