INGREDIENTS
MitoBurn®
MitoBurn® (B-aminoisobuytric acid, L-BAIBA) known for activation of BA T via the same genetic influence as bitter melon extract and also for energy expenditure. It accomplishes this by aiding the peroxisome proliferator-activated receptor gamma coactivator 1-alpha (PGC-la), a transcriptional coactivator that plays a key role in regulating energy metabolism and mitochondrial biogenesis.1 This activation occurs by way of AMPK, one of the various signaling pathways that regulate the shift from white to brown adipose tissue.
Factor21®
Factor21® Bitter Melon Extract (Momordica charantia), is derived from bitter melon's effect on a hormone called Fibroblast Growth Factor 21 (FGF21). Specifically, bitter melon extract has been shown to enable the nuclear receptor peroxisome proliferator-activated receptor alpha (PPARa), which in turn leads to the activation of FGF21. Benefits of this include supporting insulin sensitivity and glucose tolerance. It has also been shown to support insulin sensitivity by increasing glucose uptake and utilization in cells. This is accomplished by aiding AMPK as well as the translocation of glucose transporter 4 (GLUT4) to the cell membrane. GLUT4 is responsible for transporting glucose from the blood into cells. and increasing its translocation to the cell membrane.2,3
GlucoVantage®
GlucoVantage® (Dihydroberberine), a chemical analog of berberine. has also been shown to support healthy insulin sensitivity levels via AMPK and supporting glucose uptake and utilization in muscle cells. Dihydroberberine is a new version of traditional berberine that is up to Sx more bioavailable/absorbable and 2x longer lasting (8 hours vs. 4 hours).5 And while GlucoV antage represents an enhanced version of berberine, berberine HCl in itself holds incredible potential in supporting metabolism via its effect on the microbiota.6
InnoSlim®
InnoSlim®, a combination of Astragalus membranaceus and Panax notoginseng, has also been shown to support AMPK as well as a key hormone called adiponectin, which is linked to higher levels of insulin sensitivity and supporting healthy glucose metabolism.7 Additionally, it was found in one study that InnoSlim® regulates glucose absorption in the intestine by assisting beneficial transporters, such as GLUT4, which optimize glucose uptake in the muscle and fat cells.8,9
Actiponin®
Actiponin®, also supports AMPK for optimal glucose and lipid metabolism, as well as energy production throughout the body. When active and functioning in the manner it is supposed to, this powerful enzyme balances the activity of catabolic ATP-generating pathways like fatty acid 13-oxidation, glycolysis. and glucose uptake (processes that normally occur during intensive exercise or prolonged starvation) with other anabolic A TP-consuming pathways like fatty acid and cholesterol synthesis.10
CaloriBurn GP®
CaloriBurn GP®, a grains of paradise extract containing 6-paradol, has been shown to support BA T and thermogenesis, leading to optimal energy expenditure and metabolic health.11 Brown adipose tissue (BA T) is a specialized type of fat tissue that is involved in thermogenesis leading to healthy levels of energy expenditure and glucose and lipid metabolism. -

What is metabolism, and why does it matter?
Metabolism is the process of converting the food you eat into energy, which fuels everything from breathing and digestion to muscle movement and brain activity. A well-functioning metabolism supports steady energy levels, helps maintain a healthy weight, and keeps essential systems working efficiently. When metabolism slows—whether from aging, stress, or other factors—you may notice lower energy, increased body fat, or changes in appetite. That’s why it’s important to keep your metabolism functioning well, so your body can manage energy, weight, and blood sugar more effectively. Regular physical activity and a balanced diet can help you stay on track. -
How can I boost my metabolism fast?
While there’s no instant fix, several science-backed strategies can help your metabolism work more efficiently over time:- Build muscle mass: Muscle burns more calories at rest than fat. Reducing excess adipose tissue and building lean muscle can raise your basal metabolic rate—the number of calories your body burns at rest.
- Eat enough protein and healthy fats: Foods like fatty fish and dairy products—especially high-protein options like low-fat cottage cheese—provide nutrients that support energy metabolism and the central nervous system, which helps regulate appetite, movement, and how the body uses energy.
- Watch for nutrient gaps: Low iron levels can affect oxygen transport and energy production. Similarly, calcium supplementation may support fat metabolism, although research suggests its impact may vary.
- Manage appetite and calorie intake: Some supplements are formulated to help reduce appetite, but be mindful of how they might interact with other products or medications. If you have any safety concerns, it's always a good idea to check with a healthcare provider before adding something new to your routine.
- Avoid crash diets: Eating too few calories can signal your body to conserve energy and store more fat, increasing the risk of rebound weight gain.
- Support overall function: Your metabolism needs the right nutrients to work efficiently. This includes vitamins, minerals, and other compounds found in whole foods.
